Built for the process no one else automates.
Candid started because Form E hasn't changed in years, and it's the single biggest source of non-billable admin in a financial remedy case.
What we do
We built Candid to do one job well: take a financial remedy case from a folder of raw client documents to an assembled, checked Form E draft. Candid collects the right documents, extracts the relevant figures, and flags what doesn't add up — missing statement months, unexplained transactions, a CETV that doesn't match what's declared.
Your solicitor reviews a checked, assembled draft, not a folder of raw documents. A qualified solicitor at your firm always signs off — Candid never finalises or submits a disclosure on its own.
Where we are today
Candid is in active development. We're working with a small number of family law firms across England & Wales as design partners, shaping the product around real Form E casework before wider release.
Founder

Henry Latham
Henry founded Candid after seeing how much of a solicitor's time goes into re-keying bank statements and pension figures into a 28-page form, instead of the judgment calls they're actually trained for.
Previously Head of Product at Numra, a seed-stage AI fintech automating financial document checks for finance teams. Candid is his first product built for a regulated legal workflow.
